About Me
I currently serve as a Research Consultant with the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where I focus on evaluating the effects of climate change on workforce development in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. In this role, I collaborate with state agencies and local governments to assess and improve environmental policies, gather and interpret data, and identify funding opportunities to advance climate resilience projects. My work focuses on producing detailed reports that translate pressing environmental challenges into actionable implementation strategies centered on equity and impact.
Additionally, I have been working as a New Futures Research Fellow with Planet Reimagined, where I have researched equitable clean energy workforce strategies in New Mexico and Utah. This includes analyzing workforce development programs, producing case studies aligned with the Common Grounds Initiative, and creating advocacy materials to support stakeholder engagement and collaboration. As a policy consultant committed to designing bold, practical solutions for complex challenges. I am eager to bring this combination of policy research and consulting, and stakeholder engagement to future clients seeking to strengthen their initiatives and achieve lasting impact.
